Every task is reviewed

New tasks in sensitive categories are checked by our operations team before agents can see them. Tasks that mention prohibited activities are held for review automatically — a flag is a prompt for a person to look, not a verdict.

Agents are verified

Identity, skills and category eligibility are checked separately. Approval for one category does not mean approval for all. Verification can expire and be renewed.

Private by default

Exact addresses are shown only to the assigned agent. Evidence files are stored privately and every view or download is checked and logged.

People decide, not algorithms

Suspensions, dispute outcomes and verification decisions are made by trained reviewers, recorded with reasons, and can be appealed.
