• Free cancellation until an agent confirms the assignment.
• After confirmation and before work starts: 10% of the agreed price covers the agent's time.
• Once work has started, cancellations are reviewed by support.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider. Bank processing times apply.

Disputed tasks

If a task is disputed, any refund or adjustment follows the reviewer’s decision under our Dispute Process.
