Prohibited Tasks

We will reject, pause or remove any task that involves the following. Agents may refuse such tasks at any time.

• Impersonation, fraud, bribery, falsified documents or fabricated evidence.
• Unauthorised entry, trespass, bypassing locks or access controls, or accessing accounts or devices without permission.
• Stalking, harassment, coercion, doxxing, unlawful surveillance, or collecting sensitive personal information without a lawful basis.
• Weapons, controlled goods, illegal substances or other unlawful transactions.
• Work that legally requires a licensed professional when the agent is not qualified.
• Anything that endangers the agent, customer or public, or requires breaking the law, platform policy or someone else’s rights.

Some categories need extra consent, documents, insurance or reviewer approval before a task can open. If you are unsure, ask support before posting.
